Of Cuban origin and Spanish nationality, Yamir Pelegrino considers himself a citizen of the world, as his profession takes him constantly traveling to provide advice for large hotel chains and working with the best Michelin Star Chefs in high-level gourmet dinners and encounters.
He is the author of the books “Cono100do el Vino” and “Mi Pasión Gourmet”. He was the winner of the most important global competition on gastronomic literature “The Gourmand Awards” in the category dedicated to professionals in 2006 and the winner of the Gourmand Cookbooks & Wines Awards worldwide, in the category of the best book in the world of gastronomy for professionals in 2005.
